The duties of this position are diverse and require independent planning and operation under limited supervision. Duties include maintaining an up-to-date calendar of appointments, reports and program commitments for the Director of Community Health; coordinating meetings and events; answering and handling phone lines; serving as a contract manager; and assisting the Director in other duties including but not limited to preparing correspondence, managing employee time records, travel records and financial records.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of administrative experience OR
Administrative or clerical experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Must Have a valid State of Florida driver’s license.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic awareness of marketing strategies to help retain current membership and recruit new members.
Ability to independently prepare written materials.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines.
